Nob Hill Style January 2022

“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
-Eleanor Roosevelt

As we leave another whirlwind year behind and prepare to dive into 2022, our team at Nob Hill Style is taking a moment to express our gratitude for the opportunity to provide your staging services. With great care, we are planning the year ahead to support your success, our valued partners both longstanding and new. We are on your team to get you the best returns for your upcoming listings.

Meet New Team Members
Introducing Sonia Woolery, who some of you may know already, who will be reaching out to you directly as your new sales manager. She is your main point of contact for scheduling, coordination, and support. If you have any questions please reach out and say hello at sonia@nobhillstyle.com. Also introducing Dominique Pierce as our digital communications manager, working for you on educational content and materials to share the impact staging has on your incoming offers and time on market. We also have current openings for jr assistant designers to join our team starting in the spring and appreciate all referrals from our community.

Keeping Up With Color Trends
Art is constantly evolving—and so are we! Nob Hill Style pursues opportunities for continuous improvement and learning, recently conducting winter color theory and design workshops for our whole team. Last month, we were lucky to have the wonderful Ashley Blevins from Benjamin Moore Paints lead a seminar at the warehouse on the upcoming color trends of 2022, including the Color of the Year October Mist 1495.

December Client Highlight
Wrapping up December 2021 is a new construction 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom 3,720sf house in Ravenna which went pending after just 1 day on market. Kelly Byrne and Judy Delen at Blue Pacific Real Estate chose Nob Hill Style to showcase the sprawling 3 story home to its highest and best potential. With ample wall space, high ceilings, and huge windows to invite in the natural light, it was the perfect house for any art enthusiasts—which we happily took advantage of! Many of our favorite paintings and prints (including a Picasso print in the office, a jumping off point for the home's voice) made it into this design.
